Your Questions, Answered

  • There is a little form on the homepage. After you fill it out you will receive an email with a link to my scheduler, where you can see all of my availability.

At the scheduler, select the number of projects your group will make in total, and it will show you what days and times I have available for a group of that size. If you don't see any, it means I'm all booked up!

I release each following month’s availability on the 20th and send an email to all of my subscribers. I tend to book up pretty quickly, so it pays to be among the first to know! Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see my email.

  • Choose the “Hands-On Workshop, X projects total“ based on the GRAND TOTAL number of projects that your entire group plans to make.

For instance, if each person wants to make two things and there are two of you, choose “Hands-On Workshop, four projects total.“ If there are six of you attending but only two people want to create an item, choose “Hands-On Workshop, two items total.“

  • It depends on what you choose to make. In general, plan to be at the shop for about 20 minutes per project.

I often suggest that larger groups of children be limited to picking between the flower and the ornament, since both of those projects are quite quick and no one will lose their patience waiting for their turn.

  • You simply pay for what you make. Each project has a different cost, between $30 and $120, and they’re all listed on the Menu page.

At the time you book your appointment, you will pay a deposit of $20 per project, which will ultimately be subtracted from the cost of your workshop.

If you need your projects shipped to you, there is an additional fee of $20 per shipment.

  • Gift cards with me work a little differently. Here’s the process:

    - Email me to inquire. I’ll send you a printable gift card image you can give to the recipient.

    - If you won’t be attending their session, please tell them to book directly with me via email. Using my online scheduler will automatically trigger a deposit charge.

    - When they arrive, they choose whichever project(s) they’d like to make. Each option has its own price. After the workshop, I invoice you—or charge you directly if you’re present.

I have to do things this way since each workshop item costs a different amount.

  • The shop is protected from the elements, but open in some places for the hot air to escape. In the winter it is quite warm and comfortable!

  • Typically the pieces are ready for pickup within two days of your workshop. Sometimes they are ready the very next day!

If you elected to have your pieces shipped to you, I usually do my shipping on Tuesdays via UPS. If you do not receive them by two Fridays after your workshop, hit me up!
